Anzac Day 2023 badge

For over a decade we’ve made an annual badge to commemorate Anzac Day in New Zealand: Anzac Day Badges Gallery

A different design again features on this year’s Anzac Day badge, which is printed - a picture of a new monument carved from a huge Redwood tree. This memorial was unveiled late in 2022 and is located at Rissington in the Hawkes Bay and features a pair of soldiers (one an Australian and one a New Zealander).

The cost per badge is $2.75 (incl. GST), plus postage.  The minimum order is 5 badges.  (Alternatively, individual badges can be purchased via TradeMe).

Having the Rissington Soldiers’ monument feature on this year’s badge was suggested before Cyclone Gabrielle flooded the district last month. The local area including the nearby Weka Point Scout Campsite was devastated. Therefore, it is appropriate that some local charities including the RSA and the Weka Point Campsite will receive donations from the sale of these printed patches.
