Belgique Badges make a wide range of badges & related products, all custom made to bring your brand to life.

Camouflage

A camouflage pattern on your embroidered patch or badge makes for an interesting look.  We have a number of different camouflage patterns to choose from.  Popular with army, paintball and airsoft clubs.

Chenille

Chenille embroidery, colloquially known as ‘chenille’, is a kind of specialised loop or chain embroidery, which is made with yarn, instead of embroidery threads.  The resulting fabric is soft and fuzzy and has a textured look.

Embroidered patches and badges

Embroidered patches / badges are made by stitching thicker threads onto a piece of fabric. Because embroidered threads are thicker and are stitched onto a piece of fabric, the effect is that the stitching has a raised feel. Embroidered patches and badges are suitable for who want a ‘classic’ look.

Epaulettes

We manufacture epaulettes for security, emergency services and travel company uniforms.  The logo is woven or embroidered onto this ornamental shoulder piece.

Flags and Banners

Flags and banners are popular for displaying your presence at events.  We have supplied for family reunions, businesses, community groups and scout jamborees.  Contact us with your design or logo so you can also ‘Fly the flag’.

Labels and ribbons

Labels are thin woven tags, usually displaying a name or slogan.  Printed labels and ribbons often show a repeating design.  Our labels are attached shirts, hats, beanies, uniforms, scout scarves and even dog collars!  We can manufacture either woven or printed labels, with or without iron-on backing.  Labels and ribbons can be supplied individually pre-cut or on a long roll.

Lapel Pins and Metal pin badges

Lapel Pins often called Metal pins or metal badges can also be custom made. They are often worn on a lapel or displayed on an item of clothing or a hat.  We can make your pin using a number of processes: hard enamel, soft enamel, die struck, printed, with or without epoxy coating, over a range of metal materials.  On the back of each badge is a ‘butterfly clutch’ or folding pin.  Club lapel pins, emblems, corporate pins, school badges – we supply all these whatever the size, shape or quantity.

Name badges / School badges

Name badges, School badges, scout groups and businesses are just some of our customers who we supply with embroidered and woven badges. Some schools have a set of name badges featuring various student positions and roles.

Patches and other badges and items

Our patches and other badges and monograms can also be manufactured with Velcro sewn on the backing or iron-on backing. Badges and patches can be made with luminous (glow-in-the-dark) and fluro threads. Hydrid badges can be supplied with embroidery over a woven or printed background. We also make a number of miscellaneous products including moulded PVC badges, chenille patches and luggage tags.

Printed / Sublimation badges

Due to a limit in the number of threads used in the manufacture of embroidered and woven badges / patches, a printed badge is a handy option.  This allows a design or photo with multiple shades to be accurately translated into a badge.

Series and badge sets

Many of the badges and patches we make are for annual events.  Schools, youth groups and scout groups are also supplied with badges which form part of a set or series.  Often the size, shape or design are the same with the colour varying.

Different shapes

We are able to make badges, patches and pins in a range of different and unusual shapes.  A laser is often used to create the border.  Embroidered badges can be finished with a ‘hot cut’ border.  Please enquire about the possibilities of creating a unique badge for you.

Woggles

A woggle is unique to Scouting and is used to tie up a scarf.  The woggles we manufacture have a woven or embroidered design, and fastening clip.

Woven badges

Woven badges are made by weaving together fine threads.  This format suits suit a very detailed image on a badge.  Woven badges have thinner threads which enable a tighter weave so there can be more detail in the artwork.  Woven threads also provide cleaner lines and a flatter appearance.
