Port Hills Fire patch made for Taskforce Kiwi

In recent years Belgique Badges has been making patches for Taskforce Kiwi which includes some of the projects they assist with, mostly notably following the Cyclone Gabrielle flooding in Auckland and Hawkes Bay. These include badges made for those who participate in 5 or 10 deployments.

Most recently, Taskforce Kiwi has been assisting with Operation Ōtūmatua, the cleanup of the Port Hills Fires in February 2024.  We supplied another woven patch with velcro sewn on the back to mark this deployment.

Taskforce Kiwi is a not-for-profit organisation which utilises the skills and experience of military and emergency services veterans to help communities across New Zealand recover from emergencies and natural disasters and help them get back on their feet sooner.
